BOOKING & PAYMENT REQUIREMENTS

BMXdevelopment have Clinics Running all Year Round for all Riding Types.

If you have any Interest in our Coming Events, make sure you Book in early to Avoid Disappointment.

First 15 Riders Booked & Paid, Fill the Limited Positions

"The Reason we ask for upfront Payment is because Positions are Limited and the Demand is High"


STEP ONE: Email the below details to LOCK IN your Ride!  JLIB_HTML_CLOAKING

* Riders Name & D.O.B

* Parents Name

* Clinic Type / Location

* Mobile Number

* Club Licenced to (if applicable)

* Preferred Payment Option – Direct Debit or PayPal


STEP TWO: Once Booking Information is received a reply email will be sent with Payment Details. Payment is required within 3 Days to Secure your Position. Late Payments may Suspend your Booking > If you have having any problems you must notify BMXdevelopment ASAP.

STEP THREE: Once payment is received a Confirmation Email with Clinic Details, Times & Dates will be Emailed.

 Terms and Conditions

  1. BMXdevelopment require Payment in Full for each Advertised Clinic so Teaching can Begin
  2. Consent Forms must be completed in Full by the Participants Parent or Guardian for Rider to Begin
  3. All Payments are Not Transferrable
  4. If you are unable to attend a Lesson for any reason you will not be given a Credit and all Payments received shall be Forfeited
  5. Scheduled Outdoor Programs will not Run if Conditions are too Wet and another Date will be Issued
  6. All Bikes will be Scrutinized before every Clinic
  7. All Bikes must be Ride Worthy if found to be Unsafe BMXdevelopment will Loan a Bike for that particular session FREE of Charge

Riders / Parents Responsibilities

  1. All students must wear proper safety equipment these items will be listed on advertisements Items include: Helmet, long sleeved top, long pants, socks, suitable shoes and gloves maybe required
  2. Riders must wear an Australian Standard Helmet which must be proerly fitted at all times, Riders will be advised on what Helmet is Appropriate for the selected Course
  3. For general safety the following items are not permitted: exposed reflector brackets, carriers, bells, bicycle stands, toe clips, exposed bar ends and sissy bars
  4. BMXdevelopment Reserve the Right to Expel any Rider at any point for any length of time
  5. No Rider shall use Offensive Language

Additional Items to Consider

Flat Pedals, Flat Soul Shoes, Safety Pads eg: Knee/Shin Guards, Elbow Guards and Body Armour.

Drink Bottle (water or sports drink is recommended) Towel, Spare Clothing, and Snack Food


Video / Audio Recordings are Prohibited @ all BMXdevelopment Clinics
